Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts across various platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, managing social media campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics to enhance brand visibility and engagement. This role requires a strong understanding of e-commerce, SEO, and digital marketing strategies to drive growth and customer interaction. The Social Media Manager will play a key role in shaping our online presence and supporting our marketing objectives through innovative content creation and strategic planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across priority platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook), driving awareness, engagement, and community growth.
• Define and evolve Jadu Beauty's social voice, visual storytelling, and content pillars, rooted in heritage, education, and real results.
• Build and manage external agency and creator partnerships to deliver high-quality content, community management, and scalable execution.
• Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with creators, influencers, and brand advocates aligned with Jadu Beauty's values and audience.
• Design and manage paid social and boosting programs to amplify key campaigns, launches, and high-performing content.
• Establish measurement frameworks, KPIs, and reporting across organic and paid social, translating performance into actionable insights.
• Regularly report on social performance and insights, informing strategy, content optimization, and growth planning.
• Collaborate closely with brand, ecommerce, creative, and performance marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and aligned execution.
• Drive innovative, platform-native storytelling that brings Jadu Beauty's heritage, rituals, and transformations to life.
• Foster a meaningful, two-way community through thoughtful engagement, education, and trust-building content.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
• Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
• Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
• Experience communicating results to senior leadership
• Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
• Proven track record of end-to-end building and scaling social media programs for major brands, from bold strategic vision to on-the-ground execution.
• Deep understanding of North American social media, best practices, and emerging trends.

Bonus:

• Strong skills in graphic design, with proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Hands-on experience with Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar social media scheduling tools.
• Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and keyword research techniques to optimize content performance.
• Familiarity with digital marketing strategies including content creation, branding, and audience engagement.
• Excellent proofreading skills to ensure high-quality content output.
