Our Environmental Services Division (ESD) is currently looking for a qualified individual to join our team as a
PROJECT COORDINATOR

This is an intermediate level, full-time placement based out of our head office in Calgary, Alberta. 

In this role, responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Collaborating closely with project managers, project advisors, and field technicians to prepare and review technical reports, regulatory submissions, and project documentation.
  • Delivering high-quality outputs, including the collection, computation, and interpretation of analytical data for ongoing projects.
  • Monitoring compliance with company health, safety, and quality management standards.
  • Performing budget tracking and cost reporting to ensure project financial objectives are met.
  • Auxiliary roles may include, operations support, vendor management, training and leadership.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Post-secondary education in a related discipline is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an environmental or related field.
  • Familiarity with the Alberta Energy Regulator's OneStop tool, BC's eSUB platform and Saskatchewan's IRIS portal, as well as working knowledge of provincial regulatory frameworks in Western Canada is considered an asset.
  • Strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and a high aptitude for computer processing and data management are essential.
