Job Overview

We are currently hiring a Quality Inspector to join our team in a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with IATF 16949 or ISO 9001 standards and a strong eye for detail. This is a full-time opportunity with long-term growth potential and performance-based wage increases.

Responsibilities

  • Perform visual and dimensional inspections on parts and components
  • Ensure all products meet company and customer quality standards
  • Document inspection results and maintain accurate records
  • Use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
  • Identify non-conformities and assist with corrective actions
  • Follow company procedures, SOPs, and quality management systems (QMS)
  • Work collaboratively with production and quality teams
  • Use computer systems to enter inspection data and generate reports

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in quality inspection (automotive preferred)
  • Familiarity with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, or equivalent quality systems
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and inspection standards
  • Strong English communication skills – verbal, written, and reading
  • Proficient with computers and basic software (MS Office, ERP systems, etc.)
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada (citizen or permanent resident)
