As a Training & Development Programs Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving organizational capability and performance within Protection Solutions. This position goes beyond traditional training—it is a strategic function that ensures our workforce is equipped with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to deliver exceptional results in a competitive market.

You will design, implement, and continuously optimize comprehensive learning programs that align with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and evolving market trends. Acting as a trusted advisor to leadership, you will influence talent development strategies and champion initiatives that enhance employee engagement, compliance, and operational excellence.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Learning Leadership: Develop and execute training strategies that support business growth, compliance, and customer experience objectives.

  • Program Design & Innovation: Create dynamic, learner-centric programs using advanced instructional design methodologies and digital learning technologies.

  • Performance Enablement: Drive measurable improvements in advisor performance through targeted coaching, post-training evaluations, and ongoing skill development.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with senior leaders, product teams, and instructional designers to ensure training content reflects business priorities and market changes.

  • Change Management: Act as a change agent for organizational initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes, systems, and products.

  • Data-Driven Insights: Leverage analytics to assess training effectiveness, identify skill gaps, and recommend continuous improvement strategies.

  • Compliance & Quality Assurance: Maintain rigorous standards for regulatory compliance and quality across all training programs.

  • Thought Leadership: Represent the training function in cross-functional projects, contributing expertise on learning trends and best practices.

Required Qualifications:

  • Fully bilingual (French/English): The successful candidate will be required to communicate in English and French in order to support clients from various jurisdictions outside of Quebec.

  • Proven ability to lead complex training programs in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

  • Strong interpersonal influence and stakeholder management skills.

  • Advanced organizational and project management capabilities.

  • LLQP license (or willingness to obtain).

  • Expertise in adult learning principles and instructional design.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary degree in Education, Business, or related field.

  • Deep knowledge of insurance products (Health & Dental, Travel, Life).

  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce), learning platforms (Axonify), and digital training tools.

  • Demonstrated ability to integrate technology and innovation into learning solutions.

Salary range is expected to be between

$55,050.00 CAD - $91,750.00 CAD
