CEO/Operating Executive, Lyra Technology Group - Canada

Lyra Technology Group is looking to expand our Canadian network, and we are seeking exceptional leaders to step in as Operating Executives or Chief Executive Officers to oversee and grow these businesses when we acquire new businesses. This posting serves as a general application for Canada—our team will connect with you regarding opportunities based on the location of our acquisitions and your desired province/city of residency.

  • Buy-and-Hold Strategy – Unlike firms with a short three-to-five-year liquidation model, we invest in companies for the long term.
  • Autonomous Management – We acquire strong businesses and empower them to maintain their existing teams, cultures, and brands while supporting their continued growth.

Your work as a C-level executive has several components:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations, driving strategy and growth, setting company vision, and being accountable to the financial performance of the business.
  • Build and optimize an organic growth engine.
  • Manage P&L responsibilities for a multi-million-dollar business.
  • Lead inorganic growth and diligence process for future acquisitions.
  • Lead executive-level hiring.

We are seeking dynamic executives who bring:

  • Proven Leadership – Prior CEO, President, or senior P&L leadership experience within a growth-oriented business

  • Entrepreneurial Mindset – Ability to think strategically, adapt quickly, and create opportunities in evolving markets.

  • Operational Excellence – Strong track record in scaling operations, managing budgets, and driving efficiency.

  • People Leadership – Skilled in building, motivating, and retaining high-performing teams.

  • Client & Market Orientation – Comfort engaging with customers, shareholders, and industry stakeholders.

  • M&A Acumen – Familiarity with acquisitions, integrations, or business development is a plus.

This role is targeting a base compensation within the range of CAD 150,000-225,000 per year, plus bonus. MSP (Managed Service Provider) experience is required for this region.
