The Opportunity

We are seeking an
Enterprise UX Designer
to join our Strategy and Design team. Reporting to the Director of Strategy and Design, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and evolving our digital ecosystem, ensuring that every interaction is intuitive, accessible, and aligned with business objectives.

What You'll Do

  • Design human-centred experiences that meet business goals and delight users.
  • Conduct design research to give employees a voice in shaping solutions.
  • Deliver all UX artefacts required for project progression in an Agile environment.
  • Present concepts and solutions to executives and key stakeholders.
  • Create interfaces optimised for agent efficiency and accessibility standards.
  • Champion user-centred, data-driven design principles across projects.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Minimum 5 years' experience designing enterprise or system-level interfaces.
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into intuitive experiences.
  • Expertise in improving operational efficiency through interface design.
  • Strong proficiency with
    Axure
    for prototyping and design.
  • Ability to navigate and understand complex business domains.
  • Experience with UX research tools (e.g., UserTesting, Optimal Workshop) is an asset.
  • Skilled in producing functional prototypes and facilitating collaborative workshops.
  • Excellent communication skills to explain ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Creative, analytical, and resourceful mindset with a passion for quality design.
  • Organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a collaborative, innovative environment.
