Regina Saskatchewan's newest distillery is officially open and we're looking for a Director of Operations to lead the team. The Director of Operations is responsible for overall venue leadership, financial performance, guest experience, safety, and brand execution across all dining and entertainment outlets in a multi-venue complex including live music venue, fine-dining restaurant, high-volume sports bar, speakeasy, and a premium wine and spirits bar.
You will lead cross-departmental strategy, overseeing managers of Food & Beverage, Entertainment, Sales, Marketing, Guest Experience, and Culinary, and ensures alignment with ownership and brand standards. You will drives operational excellence, revenue growth, and team development across all business units. Relocation to Regina, Saskatchewan is required.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Owns combined profit and loss across all outlets, live events, and revenue centers; sets budgets, labour and cost targets, and financial KPIs; leads regular performance reviews.
- Directs all operational departments including Dining, Entertainment, Production, Sales, Marketing, Guest Experience, Culinary, Purchasing, Inventory, and Safety.
- Establishes operational strategy encompassing staffing models, financial controls, guest experience standards, safety procedures, and service consistency.
- Ensures alignment with ownership for finance, HR, IT, safety, engineering, and compliance.
- Oversees hiring, development, mentorship, and succession planning.
- Leads venue readiness and event coordination across departments.
- Ensures compliance with SLGA liquor laws, Saskatchewan public health rules, building codes, and workplace safety standards.
- Drives collaboration between Food & Beverage, Entertainment, Sales, and Marketing to optimize promotions, event profitability, and guest traffic.
- Oversees capital planning, maintenance standards, and long-term infrastructure needs.
- Fosters a culture of accountability, communication, high performance, and improvement.

Required Experience
- 10+ years in multi-outlet hospitality operations including experience leading high-volume restaurants, stadiums, arenas, resorts, hotels, casinos, cruise ships, or entertainment complexes.
- Extensive Profit & Loss oversight in high-volume, premium environments with complex labor and programming needs.
- Proven ability to lead diverse teams, build management structures, and integrate efficient technology systems
- Deep experience with sales, event operations, hospitality development, culture building, and cross-functional service delivery.
- Strong financial acumen, KPI tracking, and operational planning skillset.
