Job Summary

We are looking for a professional, compassionate leader who is fluent in Punjabi and English and has a nursing background (RN or LPN) with experience in either home care or a hospital setting. You will lead the Edmonton team, support caregivers, connect with families, and ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Qualifications

  • RN or LPN (required)
  • Experience in home care and/or hospital environment
  • Fluent in Punjabi and English
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Knowledge of AHS Continuing Care and CDHCI programs (asset)
  • Valid Alberta driver's license + reliable vehicle

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day Edmonton operations
  • Conduct assessments, care plans, and client onboarding
  • Supervise, mentor, and support caregivers
  • Ensure high standards of client care and safety
  • Build strong relationships with hospitals, social workers, and community partners
  • Handle scheduling, staffing challenges, and client concerns
  • Promote YYC Home Care Services within the community
