Role Description

We're seeking passionate and certified
Pilates Instructors
to join our Marengo network. This is a
contract-based, on-site position
in Montreal, QC. As a Marengo Pilates Instructor, you'll lead
group Pilates classes
for residents in our partner buildings, helping them build strength, improve mobility, and enhance overall well-being in a welcoming, community-oriented setting.

choose the building locations most convenient for you
, while we handle client acquisition and logistics.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging and safe group Pilates classes in residential fitness spaces
• Provide clear instruction, modifications, and corrections to accommodate all skill levels
• Foster a positive, motivating, and inclusive atmosphere for participants
• Communicate effectively with residents and building partners to ensure a smooth class experience
• Represent Marengo's commitment to excellence and professionalism in every session
• Collaborate with the Marengo team to coordinate class schedules and building assignments

Qualifications

• Certified Pilates Instructor (Mat and/or Reformer) or equivalent accreditation
• Previous experience teaching group classes in a professional setting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to motivate and engage clients of varying fitness levels
• Passionate about wellness, movement, and community building
• Availability for on-site classes across different Montreal locations
