Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Mechanic to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of machinery and equipment to ensure optimal operational performance. Responsibilities

  • Diagnose mechanical issues using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment
  • Use hand tools and power tools to disassemble, repair, and reassemble components
  • Inspect equipment regularly to identify potential problems before failure occurs
  • Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and repairs performed
  • Follow safety protocols and ensure all work complies with company standards
  • Assist in troubleshooting complex mechanical systems and recommend improvements
  • Collaborate with other team members to complete maintenance projects efficiently

Experience

  • Proven experience as a mechanic or in a similar role involving machinery repair and maintenance
  • Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read technical manuals and schematics
  • Proficiency in using hand tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, etc.
  • Experience operating power tools safely and effectively
  • Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues quickly and accurately
  • Prior experience working in industrial or manufacturing environments is preferred
  • Relevant certifications or technical training in mechanics or related fields are a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60.00-$61.38 per hour
