Feeds'n Needs – Retail Division of Shur-Gain/Trouw Nutrition, a Nutreco Company is seeking a Store Manager for our Bridgewater, NS location.

• Champion regional strategies to boost traffic, sales, and market share
• Keep store operations sharp, compliant, and running smoothly
• Set the bar for visual merchandising and customer satisfaction
• Analyze buying trends and customer feedback to drive smart decisions
• Coach, develop, and empower your team to reach their full potential
• Resolve challenges with confidence—staff or customer, you've got it covered
• Lead with integrity, inspire with action, and build a culture of excellence

Skills And Expertise
Qualifications:

• Post-secondary education or equivalent hands-on experience
• Sharp decision-making that balances speed and strategy
• Demonstrated experience in leading and managing teams is required.
• Customer-first mindset with multitasking superpowers
• Tech-savvy with strong Microsoft Office skills
