Reports To: Senior Indigenous Finance Officer
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, between 7:00 AM and 3:30 PM based on program needs
About AIM
AIM is a 100% Indigenous-owned organization providing financial administration and capacity building services.
Key Responsibilities
- Record daily transactions
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements
- Support payroll
- Organize financial files
- Assist with ISC program tracking
- Support month-end tasks
Qualifications & Skills
- Accounting/Bookkeeping certificate or diploma
- Experience with Indigenous organizations an asset
- Proficiency in SAGE 300 (required)
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop (required)
- Strong attention to detail
