About the Role

My client, a rapidly scaling SaaS company with a modern, high-performing go-to-market organization, is looking for a
Senior Salesforce Applications Specialist
to support their Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.

This is a
hands-on, high-impact
role where you will own Salesforce configuration, reporting, automation, and integrations—ultimately strengthening the systems that drive revenue, customer engagement, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Salesforce Ownership & Optimization

  • Configure, maintain, and improve
    Flows, Automations, Customizations, and Data Models
  • Translate business requirements into
    scalable technical solutions
  • Build dashboards and reporting to support visibility and leadership insights

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with
    Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
    to optimize workflows
  • Improve operational processes that support pipeline, forecasting, customer retention, and growth
  • Provide ongoing system support and recommendations for improvement

Integrations & GTM Tooling

  • Work with tools such as
    Marketo, Gong, ZoomInfo, Spekit, and Workato
  • Support integration projects and automation-driven initiatives
  • Maintain clean data flows and ensure cross-system alignment

Supporting Scale in a High-Growth SaaS Environment

  • Identify opportunities to streamline systems and increase efficiency
  • Implement governance, documentation, and best practices
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of GTM infrastructure

Requirements

  • Strong
    analytical and problem-solving
    skills
  • Salesforce
    administration or applications
    experience
  • Familiarity with
    API-driven integrations
    and modern SaaS GTM tools
  • Experience in
    fast-scaling SaaS
    environments preferred
  • Excellent communication and ability to work cross-functionally

Compensation

  • Base Salary:
    $120,000 – $135,000 CAD
  • Toronto-based role with a
    4-day in-office
    policy
