Afin de soutenir notre développement, nous recherchons un(e) analyste / représentant(e) en acquisition immobilière motivé(e), rigoureux(se), et doté(e) d'un bon sens de la communication et de la négociation. Une expérience formelle dans le domaine n'est pas requise, mais une aptitude marquée pour la vente est fortement souhaitée.

Responsabilités principales :

  • Rechercher et analyser des opportunités d'acquisition sur le marché
  • Contacter des propriétaires, présenter notre entreprise, et entretenir des relations de confiance
  • Participer aux visites d'immeubles et à la préparation des dossiers d'acquisition
  • Appuyer les fondateurs dans les négociations et la collecte d'informations pertinentes
  • Contribuer à l'organisation et au suivi des dossiers immobiliers

Profil recherché :

  • Graduation d'un diplôme universitaire de premier/deuxième cycle en finance/économie/mathématiques ou similaire.
  • Au moins une experience en immobilier ou comme analyste financier est un atout.
  • Capacité à communiquer avec assurance et à convaincre des propriétaires
  • Bon jugement analytique, curiosité, capacité d'adaptation dans un environnement en mouvement
  • Une expérience en vente, prospection ou développement des affaires est un atout important
  • Permis de conduire et véhicule (fortement recommandé)

ENGLISH – Real Estate Acquisition Analyst / Representative

We are a fast-growing real estate investment company based in Saint-Henri, Montreal, just minutes from Westmount and downtown. Over the past two years, we have successfully completed 21 building acquisitions, including 9 in the past 12 months.

To support our continued expansion, we are seeking a Real Estate Acquisition Analyst who is motivated, structured, and confident in communication and negotiation. Prior experience is not required, but a strong sales-driven mindset is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and analyze potential real estate acquisition opportunities
  • Reach out to property owners and present our investment approach
  • Participate in building visits and help compile acquisition files
  • Support the founders in negotiations and due diligence
  • Organize and maintain accurate records related to acquisitions

Ideal Profile:

  • Graduated a Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or a related field
  • 1+ year experience in a real estate or financial position is an asset
  • Energetic, professional, and results-oriented
  • Confident communicator, able to connect and build trust with owners
  • Strong analytical thinking and adaptability in a fast-paced setting
  • Experience in sales, business development, or real estate prospecting is a major asset
  • Valid driver's license and access to a car (strongly recommended)
