Les Immeubles Laurier, société d'investissement privé et spécialisé dans les immeubles multi logements, est à la recherche d’un ou d’une analyste aux acquisitions immobilière.

Passionné de l’immobilier désirant travailler dans un environnement stimulant et dynamique.

Tu travailleras principalement à nos bureaux, directement sous la direction du président de la société et entouré de notre équipe jeune et dynamique.

Voici certaines des tâches:

- Monter des proforma pour divers projets immobiliers sur Excel
- Monter les fiches d’immeubles pour les acquisitions potentielles
- Effectuer des analyses comparatives de marché
- Visiter les acquisitions potentielles
- Préparer des lettres d'intention
- Rédiger, négocier et effectuer le suivi des offres d’achats
- Monter une base de données en lien aux activités de prospection et d’investissement
- Prospection auprès de courtiers et autres intermédiaires
- Monter des présentations PowerPoint

Qualifications pour le poste:

- Baccalauréat en immobilier, en vente, en finance, en commerce ou dans un domaine d'études connexe, de préférence.
- Minimum 1 ans d'expérience en tant que spécialiste de l'immobilier en acquisition immobilière, acquisition de terrain ou vente immobilière est fortement souhaité
- Doit être motivé et passionné par la vente d'actifs immobiliers et axé sur les objectifs
- Compétences exceptionnelles en communication, tant orales qu'écrites.
- Doit être parfaitement bilingue, français et anglais.

Compensation:
Salaire compétitif entre 65,000$ et 95,000$ avec primes et commissions
