If you're passionate about helping others, love working with people, and want to make a direct difference in your community, this opportunity is for you. At Saving Kids Foundation, every hour you invest helps children with mobility challenges and families in need gain access to medical equipment, therapy, and hope.

About the Role
The Operations & Sales Coordinator plays a key role in both the field and the foundation's daily operations.
You'll manage community partnerships, coordinate fundraising teams, oversee logistics, and handle administrative follow-up remotely from your home office.
This hybrid position is ideal for someone independent, organized, and driven — who enjoys a mix of fieldwork, leadership, and meaningful community engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Visit and manage partner retail and community locations across the GTA.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local partners and store managers.
- Negotiate participation agreements and coordinate fundraising programs.
- Plan, organize, and oversee community events and donation drives.
- Manage administrative and reporting tasks remotely (home office).
- Track field performance and ensure accurate operational documentation.
- Supervise small teams and support daily operations of the foundation.
- Represent Saving Kids Foundation with professionalism and compassion.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, operations, fundraising, or account management (preferred).
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Valid G driver's license and access to a personal vehicle (required).
- Ability to travel across the GTA (approx. 50%) and work weekends as needed.
- Comfortable working independently and remotely for administrative duties.
What We Offer
- Commission-based compensation with structured bonuses (explained during the interview).
- Hybrid flexibility: field activities + home-office coordination.
- Supportive, mission-driven environment.
- Mileage reimbursement.
- Opportunity for professional growth and community impact.
Important Note
If you're looking for a traditional 8-to-5 office job with a fixed base salary, this is not the role for you.
This opportunity is for individuals who want to grow through performance, develop leadership skills, earn excellent income through results, and be part of a purpose-driven foundation changing lives in our community.
Please note: Only candidates who complete all customized pre-screening questions will be considered for this opportunity. We value your time and want to ensure applicants are a good fit for this hybrid, performance-based role.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Commission
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: $65,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
Benefits:
- Company events
- Flexible schedule
- Mileage reimbursement
- Profit sharing
- Work from home

- 4 - This position is commission-based with structured bonuses and incentives. Are you comfortable working under a performance-based compensation model? yes / no
- 5 - This role involves approaching and speaking with new people to promote our programs and fundraising initiatives. Are you comfortable doing this kind of outreach?

- 8 - Are you looking for a long-term opportunity to grow within an organization, or a short-term contract role?
