Job DescriptionPosition Summary:
The Tele Solution Sales Professional is a role focused on driving Solution/Product revenue and awareness through the customer and technology partner channel. This person along with the Account Manager will be responsible for the opportunity pipeline and sales execution for solution/product revenue in the Mid – Upper Market space.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the sales teams to drive adoption of solutions/products in the Mid – Upper Market space.
- Ability to speak to the clients stack framework and deliver mini roadmap sessions
- Proactively (outbound through data mining) and reactively (through passed leads and marketing event follow-ups) deliver strong solution sales Opportunities
- Deliver Business Value Discussions and other sales presentations (including Live Meeting sessions) to customer accounts.
- Distribute highly qualified Opportunities to Partners, Account Managers, or Field Resources
- Track Opportunities with customers through systematic touch points
- Effective territory planning as it pertains to defining and driving solution/product strategy for meeting revenue quota for defined territory.
- Working with and educating System Integrators, Large Account Resellers, and Ultimate VARs to drive solution/product sales in Mid – Upper Market and high-potential Small-business accounts.
- Maintaining industry, technical and solution knowledge
- Ongoing engagements with internal solution specialists to develop solution knowledge and share best practices
Qualifications:
Required experience in the following areas:
- 3-5 years related experience.
- knowledge of the development process, including: Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum
- Working knowledge of .Net and competitive development languages
- Ability to talk to all stages of the development cycle: requirements gathering, develop, test, deploy, etc.
- Bachelors Degree (B.S./B.A.) in relevant area of study, or equivalent experience.
- Passion for technology and solid knowledge of Mid-Market global IT requirements and competitive offerings.
- Great leadership and cross group working skills.
- Formal sales training such as Solution Selling, Spin Selling or Miller Heiman.
- Target Account Selling Skills as well as a thorough understanding of the security market.
- Proven track record at achieving measurable sales goals in a high paced environment.
- Developing relationships with senior-level technical and business decision makers.
