About the Job
We are hiring a Commissioning Engineer to join our Delivery team on the Mobilinx. This position reports to the Delivery Director.
What You Will Be Doing?
- Support the preparation, review, and submission of commissioning documents.
- Maintain up-to-date trackers, logs, and registers for all commissioning deliverables.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and recording minutes.
- Coordinate document circulation, comments, and responses with internal and external teams.
- Ensure all commissioning files are properly stored and organized in Procore or other project systems.
- Provide general administrative support to the Commissioning Manager and team.
What We Are Looking For?
- Strong documentation management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Relevant experience in commissioning, construction or engineering-environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and document management platforms (Procore, SharePoint, etc.).
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
