About the Job

We are hiring a Commissioning Engineer to join our Delivery team on the Mobilinx. This position reports to the Delivery Director.

What You Will Be Doing?

  • Support the preparation, review, and submission of commissioning documents.
  • Maintain up-to-date trackers, logs, and registers for all commissioning deliverables.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and recording minutes.
  • Coordinate document circulation, comments, and responses with internal and external teams.
  • Ensure all commissioning files are properly stored and organized in Procore or other project systems.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Commissioning Manager and team.

What We Are Looking For?

  • Strong documentation management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Relevant experience in commissioning, construction or engineering-environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and document management platforms (Procore, SharePoint, etc.).
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
