About the Role

We're looking for a reliable, sales-driven Bottle Shop Associate to take ownership of our retail space on Saturdays — our busiest and most important day of the week.

This role is ideal for someone who:

  • Loves craft beer and talking about it
  • Is confident working independently and unsupervised
  • Enjoys sales, merchandising, and inventory management
  • Can consistently commit to Saturdays from approximately 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Saturday availability is mandatory. While the occasional Saturday off may be possible with advance notice, this role is first and foremost a Saturday job.

There may be occasional Sunday shifts, but these are not guaranteed or consistent.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Creating a welcoming, engaging experience for every customer
  • Driving sales through product knowledge, recommendations, and upselling
  • Educating customers on Paris Beer Co. beers and merchandise
  • Managing the bottle shop independently during your shift
  • Receiving, stocking, and merchandising product
  • Monitoring inventory, counting par levels, and flagging low stock
  • Keeping the bottle shop clean, organized, and visually appealing

What We're Looking For

  • A genuine passion for craft beer and retail sales
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Confidence working alone and managing a busy shop
  • Comfort with inventory counts and merchandising standards
  • High school diploma required
  • Previous retail or hospitality experience is an asset

Schedule & Compensation

  • $18.50 per hour
  • Part-time, permanent
  • Primary shift: Saturdays (approx. 12 PM – 8 PM)
  • Occasional Sunday shifts may be available
