Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist, located in Mississauga, ON. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates. The role involves developing and executing employer branding strategies to attract top talent, as well as conducting job interviews and managing candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

  • Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting skills
  • Hiring and Interviewing skills
  • Employer Branding skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in IT staffing or technology-related recruitment is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
