is a design + build company delivering high-end custom homes and renovations across the City and Cottage markets. Our mission is simple: provide high-quality service through open communication and exceptional execution.

We're looking for a

Project Manager

who can lead complex residential work with confidence, someone who thrives on ownership, client communication, and keeping budgets/schedules tight without needing to be micromanaged.

Who You Are

  • You're a calm, capable leader who can run multiple priorities without dropping details
  • You present professionally and communicate clearly with clients, trades, and designers
  • You're organized, proactive, and accountable (you don't need hand-holding)
  • You have high-end residential experience and understand the expectation level that comes with it

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead projects end-to-end (pre-construction through closeout) with strong schedule and budget control
  • Coordinate architects, designers, trades, suppliers, and clients to keep projects moving smoothly
  • Maintain consistent client updates and handle change orders/RFIs with clarity and confidence
  • Manage procurement timing and documentation so the field team isn't waiting on materials
  • Maintain accurate project records and workflows in construction management software (Buildertrend/JobTread or similar)

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in high-end residential construction (custom builds + renovations)
  • Strong communication skills (verbal + written) and a high standard of professionalism
  • Solid understanding of budgeting, scheduling, tendering, and trade coordination
  • Comfort with construction/project software and documentation systems

Compensation & Benefits

  • Employment type: Full-time, permanent employee.
  • Competitive compensation at CA$85,000 to CA$110,000 per year (based on experience)
