We're hiring a full-time, permanent Café Team Member to join our team at Blue Mountain Village.
BAKER / COUNTER HELP
This role is for someone who is looking for stability, consistency, and long-term employment—not a short-term or temporary position.
What we're looking for:
- Full-time availability with the ability to start as early as 6:30am
- Weekend availability is required
- Reliable transportation (car or dependable transit) to and from Blue Mountain Village
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced café environment
- A strong team mindset — think for 2, not for 1
- Dependable, punctual, and accountable
