Summary

We are hiring a Construction Manager for the Saint John, NB region. This full time role will require interaction with tradespeople, tenants & suppliers. Project management on unit renovations, sourcing materials, and helping with minor maintenance tasks. A general understanding of construction & real-estate is a must.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Conduct quality control inspections to maintain high standards throughout the construction process.
  • Collaborate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate maintenance to apartments as needed
  • Running materials as needed to different job sites and projects.
  • Helping organize and clean construction sites as needed
  • Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, and project management.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of regulations and safety standards.
  • Proficiency in construction estimating and inspection
  • General understanding of real-estate and tenancy process
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and a variation in daily tasks
  • Time management

Company Truck or Vehicle allowance will be provided.
