Are you passionate about cars and customer service? Do you have the leadership skills to drive a team toward success? Mr. Lube Milton is seeking a Supervisor/Assisstant Manager with automotive experience to lead our high-performing sales team and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and develop a team of sales associates in a fast-paced automotive retail environment
  • Drive sales of automotive services and tires
  • Ensure customers receive expert advice and outstanding service
  • Manage inventory, merchandising, and store appearance
  • Analyze sales trends and implement strategies to meet targets
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and safety standards

What We're Looking For:

  • 2+ years of experience in retail management, preferably in the automotive sector
  • Solid knowledge of automotive services and tires
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • A customer-first mentality and hands-on approach to problem-solving
  • Comfortable with POS systems and inventory management tools
  • High school diploma or equivalent (additional automotive training or certifications a plus)
