About the Role

Impressions Group Ottawa is seeking dependable Snow Shovelers to join our winter operations team. This is a part-time, on-call position that requires flexibility during snow events, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. You will be responsible for clearing snow and applying salt to ensure safe access for clients.

Responsibilities

  • Shovel snow from sidewalks, driveways, walkways, entrances, and other assigned areas
  • Apply salt or ice melt as required
  • Respond promptly to call-outs during snowfalls and storms
  • Maintain safety standards and work efficiently in winter conditions
  • Use hand tools such as shovels, ice chippers, and push spreaders
  • Report job completion and any hazards or issues to the supervisor

Requirements

  • Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions, including extreme cold and heavy snow
  • Flexible availability for on-call, early morning, evening, and weekend shifts
  • Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and performing repetitive tasks
  • Reliable transportation to job sites or meeting locations
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality
  • Snow removal experience is an asset but not required
