Reporting to the Crew Chief/Lead Technician, the Crew Helper/Technician will be responsible for conducting various general cleaning services at assigned residential and commercial client sites.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Exterior cleaning services such as:
  • Dryer Vent Cleaning
  • Exterior siding cleaning by soft washing 
  • Gutter cleaning,
  • Pressure washing
  • Post Construction Cleaning (interior)
  • Window Cleaning
  • Cross Training and learning new skills available.
 
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Ability to climb and lift ladders (will train)
  • Ability to work at heights (will train safety)
  • Fall arrest certificate beneficial (will train)
  • Boom Lift certification beneficial (will train)
  • Valid drivers license.

  • Develop and maintain skills in cleaning  services with a focus on high quality production and attention to detail.
  • Maintain professional conduct and appearance in all client facing activities
  • Provide an exceptional level of service that exceeds the expectation of the client
  • Conduct all work in accordance with company safety policies and workplace policies
  • Flexible, adaptable and able to work effectively in a variety of settings
  • Works well independently and in a team environment


Work Experience Requirements
Work experience required: Minimum of two (2) years work experience. Experience in commercial cleaning is a bonus.     Physical Requirements This position requires a high level of physical exertion. Moderate intensity of sensory effort is required. Will include working in many different weather conditions from cold to hot. Compensation: $ $23.00 per hour
