Kan-Arm Contracting Ltd. is seeking multiple experienced, **Construction Project Supervisors** with **5+ Years experience** efficiently supervising and reporting on multiple crews for drilling, blasting and heavy civil operations.

Kan-Arm Contracting Ltd. is a fast growing large drilling and blasting company with ongoing long term contracts with pipeline, surface mines, residential urban blasting and highway/road construction. Our company's mission is to work hard alongside our team to continually innovate and dominate the rock work industry with a mixture of strong work ethic, technology and keeping our personnel safe through best work practices and implementation of COR safety requirements.

Job Tasks and Duties
- Supervising, coordinating and scheduling the daily activities of construction crews.
- Coordinating work activities with subcontractors
- Establishing methods to meet work schedules and coordinating work activities with other departments/subcontractors/supervisors/managers
- Resolving work problems and recommending measures to improve productivity and product quality
- Ordering materials and supplies
- Training or arranging for the training of workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
- Ensuring standards for safe working conditions are observed
- Recommending personnel actions such as hirings and promotions
- Supervising, coordinating and scheduling the activities of related apprentices, helpers and laborer’s
- Keeping open communication with operations manager and reporting decision making including outcomes.
- Supervise and delegate crews to maximize efficiencies and productivity on site with equipment working; helping to minimize any delays or standby.

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

**Experience**:

- construction supervisory: 5 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Class 5 Licence (required)

**Salary**: $42.00-$55.00 per hour
