About the role:
We are looking for a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead and scale our recruitment function during a phase of rapid growth. This role is critical to shaping Clutch's workforce, culture, and employer brand. You'll oversee the entire talent acquisition process, implement data-driven strategies, and mentor a high-performing recruitment team to ensure we attract and retain top talent. This is a full-time, in-office leadership role with direct impact on company-wide growth.
What you'll do:
Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with business objectives.
Lead, mentor, and grow the recruitment team, fostering a high-performance and inclusive culture.
Partner with executives and department heads to forecast hiring needs and plan workforce growth.
Oversee full-cycle recruitment across all departments, including sourcing, interviewing, and offer management.
Track and report on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and cost-per-hire.
Optimize and scale recruitment tools, systems, and processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
Build and promote a strong employer brand to attract top talent.
Ensure a positive candidate experience at every stage of the hiring process.
Represent Clutch at career fairs, industry events, and networking opportunities.
Manage external recruiting partners, negotiate contracts, and monitor vendor performance.
What we're looking for:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of developing and scaling recruitment strategies in high-growth environments.
Strong understanding of recruitment technologies (ATS, sourcing tools, HR analytics).
Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to analyze problems, resolve challenges, and maintain a strong focus on candidate experience.

Experience in high-growth tech or e-commerce companies.
Knowledge of employer branding strategies in competitive markets.
Experience managing external recruitment agencies and vendor contracts.

Compensation & Benefits:
Salary range: $120,000 - $140,000 annually
