We are seeking a Senior ASIC Verification Engineer to lead and execute complex verification projects for ASICs. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing verification test plans, creating UVM-based environments, and driving verification methodologies to ensure high-quality designs. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to work closely with internal teams and external clients.

Responsibilities
    • Develop and execute block-level and system-level test plans to verify the functionality of ASIC blocks and subsystems.
  • Design and implement UVM-based verification environments and ensure compliance with industry best practices.
  • Develop behavioral models and write constrained random test cases to achieve functional coverage goals.
  • Apply formal verification techniques and assertions to enhance verification efficiency.
  • Debug and troubleshoot failures in simulation and regression runs, collaborating with designers and system architects to resolve issues.
  • Define and track functional coverage metrics, ensuring coverage closure and validation of design specifications.
  • Automate tasks by writing scripts to improve efficiency and monitor regressions.
  • Own and be responsible for multiple verification activities, including planning, monitoring progress, and reporting status.
  • Work directly with external clients to provide verification solutions and support.
Requirements
    • 8+ years of experience in ASIC verification, including test plan development, verification environment setup, and test case writing.
  • Proven experience as a verification lead, with the ability to plan and execute complex verification projects.
  • Expertise in UVM-based simulation environments and constrained-random verification techniques.
  • Strong proficiency in SystemVerilog, Verilog, and UVM methodologies.
  • Experience with functional coverage, assertions, and formal verification techniques.
  • Strong debugging skills, problem-solving ability, and analytical thinking.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard protocols such as Ethernet, DDR/LPDDR, HBM, Security, Networking, AXI, NOC, ARM CPU subsystems.
  • Ability to automate verification tasks using scripting languages.
  • Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
