You Are:
You are an experienced ASIC and Mixed Signal Verification Manager or Director with expertise in mixed signal IP and protocols like PCIe, CXL, USB, and Ethernet. You excel at developing verification strategies and testbench architectures, mentoring teams, and communicating complex concepts. Your leadership inspires collaboration and technical excellence.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Leading verification strategy for PCIe/Ethernet SerDes PHYs
  • Leading and managing a global team of Verification Engineers
  • Creating and executing verification plans for complex designs
  • Utilizing advanced tools and methodologies
  • Mentoring engineers and promoting best practices
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
  • Driving process improvements
