Carrying the latest trends in men's and women's active and fashion forward apparel, outerwear, footwear and accessories, we've got a knack for tailoring specific product mixes for each location and their unique customers.

Sherlock Clothing Ltd. is seeking a Buying Analyst to join our team. This is a data-driven, analytical position which plays a key role in optimizing product distribution and driving sales. This position is based out of our Head Office in Halifax, NS.

What You'll Do

  • Maximize sales at store level through allocation of product, by optimizing product mix.
  • Perform weekly analysis of sales trend and inventory levels.
  • Monitor store volumes and sales to ensure alignment of sales to inventory.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage product assortment by season.
  • Evaluate product mix, sharing findings with purchasing team and recommending action plans.
  • Liaise closely with purchasing team, warehouse and stores.

Your Skills & Experience

  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in Retail, Business Management or related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
  • Effective communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite.
  • Previous Retail ERP experience considered an asset.
