Estate Manager
to oversee all visitor operations, including
The Lookout Restaurant
, Retail, and Guest Experience teams. This role calls for a hospitality professional who blends business acumen with genuine warmth — someone who thrives on creating memorable guest experiences while leading with care, accountability, and a drive for results.

Reporting to the VP of Estate Wine Group for
Andrew Peller Limited
, the Estate Manager will oversee a talented team including the Retail & Experience Manager, Chef, and Restaurant and Retail Supervisors. Together, you'll bring to life Gray Monk's legacy of excellence and the company's core values:

What This Teammate Will Be Responsible For -

• Lead all guest-facing operations to deliver exceptional hospitality across the estate, including the restaurant, retail shop, and tasting room.
• Partner with the Chef and Restaurant Supervisor to maintain fine dining standards and profitability at The Lookout Restaurant.
• Develop and execute annual business and financial plans for restaurant, retail, and tourism performance.
• Build, coach, and inspire a high-performing team committed to excellence, collaboration, and guest satisfaction.
• Work with marketing and regional teams to deliver brand-aligned promotions, events, and experiences that attract and delight guests.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with all health, licensing, and workplace standards.

What This Teammate Will Bring -

• 5+ years of progressive leadership in hospitality, fine dining, or winery operations.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and drive results in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to inspire, coach, and develop others.
• Business acumen and comfort managing P&L and operational performance.
• Wine knowledge or certification (e.g., WSET Level 1–2) preferred.
• A passion for creating exceptional guest experiences that reflect the best of the Okanagan.

Our total compensation package
