Overview

We are looking for an energetic and organized Sales / Assistant Office Manager to join our team If you are someone who enjoys working with customers, thrives in a fast-paced environment and has great attention to detail - we want to meet you

We are a locally owned company specializing in Docks, Boat Lifts, and Waterfront systems, providing quality products and service to our customers all year long.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in person, over the phone and by email with product information and quotes
  • Process orders, schedule service and coordinate installations
  • Support daily office operations, including invoicing and filing
  • Maintain inventory and communicate with suppliers
  • Provide excellent customer service and help ensure smooth day to day operations

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Experience in sales and customer service
  • Basic computer skills (Excel, word and email)
  • Ability to multitask and work both independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of docks, lifts and marine products is an asset, but we will train the right person

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $27.00-$33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
