Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers in finding the right products to meet their needs. Your ability to communicate effectively and your passion for technology sales will help drive our success and enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Duties

  • Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in a friendly manner.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to enhance customer understanding.
  • Engage in technical sales by providing detailed information about products and services.
  • Utilize merchandising skills to maintain an appealing store layout and ensure products are displayed effectively.
  • Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for transactions, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
  • Upsell products by identifying customer needs and recommending additional items.
  • Maintain organization in the sales area, ensuring all products are stocked and accessible.
  • Manage time effectively to handle multiple customers while maintaining high service standards.
  • Exhibit strong phone etiquette when responding to customer inquiries via phone or in-store.

Experience

  • Previous experience in retail sales is preferred, with a focus on technology sales being a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with diverse customers.
  • Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable to cater to a wider customer base.
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Proven organizational skills to manage inventory and maintain store cleanliness.
  • A background in customer service is essential, with an emphasis on delivering a positive shopping experience. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.60-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
