build real accounts and recurring income

About the Role

This is a
commission-based, account-focused sales role
for someone who thrives on relationships, ownership, and long-term wins.

As a
Business Development Partner
, you'll function as a senior sales rep — building and managing relationships with organizations that order catering regularly, such as:

  • corporate offices
  • warehouses & industrial sites
  • venues & event spaces
  • organizations hosting frequent meetings and events

Your focus is not one-off orders.

Your focus is
owning accounts and growing recurring catering volume
.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Prospecting and building relationships with new accounts
  • Positioning THE BRDGE as a long-term catering partner
  • Managing a portfolio of active, recurring accounts
  • Expanding relationships within existing accounts
  • Identifying opportunities for weekly meals, events, and seasonal catering

You'll have the autonomy to build your book of business — and the support of a growing platform behind you.

Compensation & Growth

Path to Salary

This is commission-first by design.

Once you:

  • manage
    20+ active recurring accounts
  • generate $40,000+ in monthly catering volume
  • sustain performance for 3 consecutive months

You become eligible for:

  • base salary + commission
  • increased responsibility
  • long-term growth conversations (including leadership or equity discussions)
