Overview We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Store Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the Store Manager in daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales to meet and exceed targets. ## Responsibilities - Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily retail operations - Manage and motivate store staff to achieve sales goals - Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints or issues - Implement visual merchandising standards to showcase products effectively - Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed - Train new employees on store policies and procedures - Conduct interviews for hiring new staff members - Handle cash transactions accurately and manage the cashiering process - Assist in budgeting, pricing, and sales management activities ## Qualifications - Proven experience in retail sales with a focus on achieving targets - Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members - Knowledge of budgeting principles and ability to assist in financial planning - Bilingual proficiency is a plus for effective communication with diverse customers - Experience in interviewing and training staff members is preferred Join our team as an Assistant Store Manager and be part of a vibrant retail environment where your skills can shine

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.20-$28.26 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Education:

  • Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

  • Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
  • Retail management: 1 year (preferred)
