**Part-Time Field Sales Representative (Facility Services)**

**Location:** Stoney Creek, ON (with travel across Hamilton, Burlington, Oakville, Niagara)

**Hours:** 20-25 hours/week

**Pay:** $25/hour + $100 bonus per qualified proposal

**Type:** Part-Time, In-Person, Permanent


**About the Role:**

Clearcare Facility Services is growing We're looking for an energetic, outgoing Field Sales Representative to join our team part-time. You'll be the face of our company, visiting commercial office buildings and condominiums to build relationships and identify potential clients in need of janitorial and facility support services.


**What You'll Do:**

* Visit commercial and condo buildings across your assigned territory

* Identify decision-makers related to building maintenance (facility/property managers)

* Start conversations, ask the right questions, and gather key contact information

* Promote our services: cleaning, carpet cleaning, window cleaning, building maintenance, etc.

* Coordinate with our team to set up meetings and proposals

* Earn a $100 bonus for every proposal opportunity you generate (regardless of sale)


**What We Offer:**

* $25/hour + $100 bonus per proposal generated

* Paid training and onboarding

* Company vehicle provided for travel

* Flexible daytime hours (set your weekly schedule with us)

* Fun, team-oriented environment with lots of autonomy


**Who You Are:**

* You have a valid G driver's license

* You enjoy meeting new people and are naturally outgoing and professional

* You're persistent, self-motivated, and organized

* You can handle rejection and keep pushing forward

* Sales or customer-facing experience is a plus

* Experience in property management, real estate, or janitorial/facility services is an asset
