Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Burnaby, BC, for a Water Damage Restoration Technician. Key responsibilities include assessing water-damaged areas, performing water extraction and mitigation, effectively communicating with clients and team members, and following safety protocols. The technician will also use advanced equipment to restore properties and ensure timely and effective completion of restoration projects.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Water Damage and Water Damage Restoration processes
  • Skills in Mitigation and handling invasive damage effectively
  • Excellent Communication skills for engaging with clients and team coordination
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a focused team
  • Previous experience in the property restoration field is an asset
  • Valid driver's license and capability to handle physical tasks related to restoration work
  • IICRC certification and understanding of safety and regulatory standards are preferred
