Overview

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team in a rock bar environment. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service and fit the atmosphere. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment, serving drinks, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience.

Duties

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments through the POS system.
  • Engage with customers to provide excellent hospitality, taking orders and making recommendations.
  • Monitor customer consumption of alcohol to ensure responsible service.
  • Manage time effectively to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in bartending or a related role within the food industry is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Smart Serve required.
  • Understanding of POS systems. Training will be provided for our unique system.
