Our Kelowna branch serves as a central hub for logistics and warehousing — housing one of the most extensive event technology inventories in British Columbia.

Position Overview

We're seeking a Warehouse Coordinator/Manager to oversee warehouse operations at our Kelowna branch.

This role is responsible for managing warehouse staff, coordinating logistics, and maintaining accurate inventory control in partnership with a second Warehouse Coordinator.

You'll play a key leadership role alongside a second Warehouse coordinator/manager in ensuring equipment readiness, operational efficiency, and safe practices in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support warehouse staff to ensure efficient daily operations.
  • Coordinate event equipment pulls, returns, and transportation scheduling.
  • Maintain and manage inventory through warehouse control software.
  • Oversee organization, cleanliness, and workflow within the warehouse.
  • Work closely with operations, trucking, and project management teams.
  • Maintain equipment storage, labeling, and maintenance procedures.
  • Promote and enforce safety standards and operational consistency.
  • Support the movement, maintenance, and preparation of audiovisual and event equipment for upcoming projects.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of warehouse or logistics coordination experience (leadership experience preferred).
  • Experience working with audiovisual, staging, lighting, and event production equipment.
  • Background in a rental equipment business or similar operational environment is a strong asset.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory control software (Flex Rental Solutions experience is an asset).
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proven leadership and team coordination abilities.
  • Forklift certification (or ability to obtain).
