Prophix is looking for a Manager, GTM Systems & AI Optimization to own the technology and analytics that power our go-to-market motion. This role is for someone who wants to build, optimize, and challenge the status quo, embedding Ai within the sales motion. You will own the effectiveness of the GTM tech stack, how systems are used in the field, and how data informs real decisions. This role is highly visible, deeply cross-functional, and central to how we scale revenue. The Manager of GTM Systems will report to the Chief of Staff of the Revenue Org.

What You Will Do

• The effectiveness and integration of the GTM technology ecosystem, ensuring tools operate as a cohesive, high-performance foundation for growth

●       Evaluation and evolution of GTM platforms including CRM, forecasting, analytics, and planning tools

●       Identification of tool overlaps, underutilization, gaps, and opportunities to improve the stack

●       GTM reporting and analytics across pipelines, performance, usage, adoption, and forecasting

●       Visibility into tool usage by role, team, and platform module, with accountability for improvement

●       Forecasting enablement through system design, data clarity, and analytical insight

●       Strategic partnerships with sales leadership, sales teams, and the broader operations organization

●       Direct relationships with GTM technology vendors and partners to optimize implementation and future capability

Required Qualifications

• A mix of experience, training, or education that helps you succeed in this role.
• Experience owning or deeply influencing GTM systems and analytics in a B2B SaaS environment
• Experience working across modern analytics and GTM platforms such as CRM systems, forecasting tools, and BI or data visualization tools
• Proven ability to drive adoption and influence sales leaders without formal authority
• Sharp analytical instincts and comfort building executive-level reporting
• A builder mindset that is curious, opinionated, and hungry to improve how GTM works
• Comfort using AI tools responsibly to support tasks such as research, drafting, or data review
• Ability to learn new tools and adapt as technology evolves
• Curiosity and openness to exploring new approaches
• Collaborative mindset when working with teams and technology
• Must be legally entitled to work in the country where this role is located

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor or equivalent degree
• Background in Revenue Operations, sales, or operating system design
• Experience supporting sales motions through technology

What Success Looks Like

• Sales leaders rely on GTM systems and data to run the business, driven by this role's ownership of system integration, adoption, and trusted insights
• Tool adoption is high, consistent, and intentional
• Improvements across forecasting accuracy; consistent forecasting for our sales organization along with increased improvements in stakeholder forecasting
• Systems are integrated, data is trusted, and manual work is reduced
• Sales teams move faster and operate more effectively because of the tech usage you have enabled
• 30 days: You understand our tools, product, and people
• Within 90 days: You work independently on meaningful tasks
• Within 6 months: You contribute ideas, improvements, and measurable impact

Compensation

The salary range for this role is $120,000 CAD to $150,000CAD, in accordance with applicable pay transparency laws in Canada and the United States. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, experience, location, and internal equity.
