Moonlite is expanding rapidly across Western Canada and we are looking for a driven, well-connected Insulation & Coatings Manager to lead and grow our industrial services division. This is an opportunity for someone who wants to build something long-term, take ownership, and be part of a fast-scaling team.

About the Role

This leadership position combines business development, workforce coordination, and project oversight. You will play a key role in expanding our insulation and coatings operations by bringing in new clients, shaping crews, and ensuring safe, high-quality work is delivered on every site.

The position is largely remote and could be done from a home-base nearly anywhere in Alberta.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development & Client Acquisition

– Leverage your industry network to bring in new work and maintain strong client relationships– Identify opportunities in industrial, oil & gas, construction, mining, and energy sectors– Represent Moonlite professionally during client meetings, site visits, and negotiations

  • Workforce & Crew Leadership

– Supply and manage strong manpower, including complete insulation crews– Preference for candidates who can bring teams with insulation, coatings, and/or scaffolding experience– Oversee hiring, crew organization, scheduling, and performance– Ensure safety, productivity, and quality standards are consistently met

  • Project Execution

– Plan and coordinate insulation and coatings scopes from start to finish– Monitor productivity, material usage, timelines, and budgets– Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and client requirements– Must be willing and able to travel across Canada for project start-ups, execution, and client visits– Comfortable working in remote locations, industrial sites, and demanding environments

  • Travel & Field Presence
  • Strong network in industrial insulation, coatings, or scaffolding
  • Proven ability to bring in work, secure contracts, and grow client accounts
  • Ability to assemble or bring reliable, experienced crews
  • Leadership experience in industrial construction or maintenance
  • Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills
  • Valid driver's license; safety certifications an asset
  • Someone who is in it for the long term, looking to grow with a company, not just fill a job
