Hardware Test Automation Specialist
who is passionate about quality and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
This is a hands-on role where you'll work closely with development teams and QA leads to create and maintain a robust test automation suite that validates releases and drives process improvement.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement test automation frameworks for hardware/embedded solutions
- Set up nightly/weekly firmware build automation
- Develop and port automated test cases using Robot Framework
- Drive fast iteration through build, test, and deployment cycles
- Influence the future by proposing and improving testing processes
What You Bring
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in firmware/software test automation
- Experience designing automated "test bakeries" for hardware-based products
- Comfortable working directly with hardware devices
- Strong background in Linux and Python
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines for firmware build automation
- Hands-on with automated testing tools, test case writing, and bug tracking
- Strong problem-solving mindset with excellent communication skills
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with Robot Framework
- Experience in data analytics, load/performance/security testing, or exploratory testing
- Knowledge of JIRA and Agile processes
- Networking equipment experience
