Hardware Test Automation Specialist
who is passionate about quality and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

This is a hands-on role where you'll work closely with development teams and QA leads to create and maintain a robust test automation suite that validates releases and drives process improvement.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and implement test automation frameworks for hardware/embedded solutions
  • Set up nightly/weekly firmware build automation
  • Develop and port automated test cases using Robot Framework
  • Drive fast iteration through build, test, and deployment cycles
  • Influence the future by proposing and improving testing processes

What You Bring

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in firmware/software test automation
  • Experience designing automated "test bakeries" for hardware-based products
  • Comfortable working directly with hardware devices
  • Strong background in Linux and Python
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines for firmware build automation
  • Hands-on with automated testing tools, test case writing, and bug tracking
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with excellent communication skills

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with Robot Framework
  • Experience in data analytics, load/performance/security testing, or exploratory testing
  • Knowledge of JIRA and Agile processes
  • Networking equipment experience
