Our Client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Senior Sales Support Representative to join their team. In this role, you will serve as a vital link between the sales department and clients, providing exceptional support that enhances customer satisfaction and drives business growth. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of sales processes, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and a passion for Fashion

Duties

  • Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and contracts to ensure timely delivery to clients
  • Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and prompt responses
  • Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate order processing, product delivery, and after-sales service
  • Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems to ensure data accuracy and accessibility
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop targeted campaigns that support sales objectives

Skills

  • Proven experience in sales support or customer service roles, preferably within a FASHION environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills , with a professional demeanor
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Momentis an asset
  • Ability to analyze data and generate insightful reports
  • Knowledge of sales processes and techniques is advantageous
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
