Coordonnateur (trice) Transport & Logistique
motivé(e), rigoureux(se) et bien organisé(e) pour se joindre à notre équipe dynamique.

Responsabilités

• Soumettre des taux aux clients

• Négocier avec les transporteurs et partenaires

• Planifier, coordonner et assurer le suivi des expéditions nationales et internationales

• Mettre à jour le système de répartition en temps réel

• Assurer le suivi des chargements et la communication avec les clients et transporteurs

• Planifier les rendez-vous de cueillette et de livraison

• Communiquer rapidement toute situation majeure au superviseur

Profil recherché

• Bilingue français / anglais (espagnol : un atout)

• Bonne maîtrise de Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

• Excellente connaissance de la géographie du Canada et des États-Unis

• Expérience avec un logiciel de répartition

• Sens de l'organisation, autonomie et gestion des priorités

• Orientation service à la clientèle et esprit d'équipe

• Flexibilité d'horaire en période de fort volume

• Expérience en transport ou en répartition (atout important)

We provide comprehensive local, long-haul, and international transportation solutions across Canada, the United States, and Mexico, along with warehousing, ocean, and air freight services.

As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented
Transportation & Logistics Coordinator
to join our dynamic operations team.

Responsibilities

• Provide rate quotations to customers

• Negotiate with carriers and partners

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor domestic and international shipments

• Update the dispatch system in real time

• Track shipments and communicate with customers and carriers

• Schedule pickup and delivery appointments

• Promptly report major issues to the supervisor

Qualifications

• Bilingual in French and English (Spanish is an asset)

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

• Excellent knowledge of Canadian and U.S. geography

• Experience with dispatch software

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities

• Customer-service oriented with strong teamwork skills

• Flexible schedule during peak periods

• Experience in transportation or dispatching (strong asset)
