Two Roles: Electrical Engineer ( Senior & Intermediate) 

As an Electrical Engineer at LRL, you'll support senior engineers while taking on exciting design and project responsibilities. This role blends technical excellence, teamwork, and real impact.

Design & Technical Execution

  • Deliver high-quality, code-compliant designs
  • Support drafting with technical markups and input
  • Prepare reports, specifications, and calculations
  • Visit sites to gather data and verify designs

Project Coordination

  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and consultants
  • Join project meetings and keep teams aligned
  • Assist with proposals, schedules, and cost estimates

Documentation & Quality

  • Review design documents for accuracy
  • Support QA/QC on deliverables
  • Take design liability and stamp as EOR when required

Construction Administration

  • Conduct field reviews and answer contractor questions
  • Provide technical guidance during construction

What You Bring

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering (required)
  • P.Eng designation (required)
  • Bilingualism (French & English required)
  • 5+ years of industry experience for the Intermediate Role
  • 10+ years of industry experience for the Senior Role
  • Strong knowledge of Ontario electrical/building codes
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD (ETAP/EasyPower is a plus)
  • Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
