King's Bookkeeping Services Limited is a full cycle bookkeeping and Fractional CFO / Controller services firm located in Vernon, BC. We support clients throughout the Okanagan Valley, Western Canada and Internationally with their internal accounting processes and system requirements and statutory reporting and filing obligations.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager of Client Services at King's Bookkeeping Services, located in Vernon, BC.
The role will be responsible for
Supervision, support and management of staff (3 – 5 P/T and F/T resources)
Scheduling, assigning, coordinating, monitoring and review of work
Working with clients to ensure timely receipt / delivery of documents for bookkeeping and dealing with queries and data requests
Managing scheduled client reporting and all statutory deadlines related to GST, PST, Payroll and Fiscal year end requirements
Bookkeeping as additional support where appropriate
Additional responsibilities include managing bookkeeping tasks, utilizing accounting software, and working closely with team members to ensure the smooth operation of financial processes.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
