Duties

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station and kitchen area.
- Assist in meal preparation by chopping, marinating, and seasoning ingredients as needed.
- Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure optimal quality of grilled items.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Handle food products safely, adhering to proper food handling procedures.
- Participate in inventory management by tracking supplies and reporting shortages.
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with food service operations, including meal preparation techniques.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations within the food industry.
- Experience with grilling techniques and equipment is a plus.
