We're partnered with the Director of Regulatory Relations at a well-established broker-dealer in Toronto that is looking to add an AVP, Regulatory Relations Officer to their growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong regulatory engagement, governance, or exam management experience who's looking to broaden their exposure and step into a high-visibility role.

Key Responsibilities:

Support regulatory examinations and ongoing supervisory monitoring, including coordinating documentation, drafting responses, and preparing briefing / presentation materials.

Produce BAU reporting and maintain accurate tracking of regulatory commitments and deliverables within the firm's GRC framework.

Support regulatory governance forums and oversight committees through data analysis, meeting materials, and documentation.

Assist with escalation and resolution of material issues, delays, or stakeholder conflicts.
