Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Woodshop Assistant to support our manufacturing teams. The ideal candidate will assist with various tasks related to building projects, including handling tools, materials, and equipment. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience.

Duties

• Reading and interpreting schematics for parts
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and other equipment safely and effectively
• Assist in assembly or installation of various custom jobs
• Follow safety protocols during all operations and maintain a clean work environment
• Support other woodshop team members with producing products throughout the day.

Requirements

• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and woodworking techniques
• Some heavy lifting and physical tasks required
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety standards
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
• Willingness to learn new skills across different trades
• Reliable transportation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.20-$18.00 per hour
